It's a car with a bed.

id say car...based off the suspension.
But then i look at some of the guys on here, who are lowered, and think...if it's a car...so are they.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum
Anything without a complete frame is a car, IMO. Can't remember if the El Camino had the full frame from the Malibu or not. It was a Malibu with a bed, so I vote car.
See my truck data in the "My Garage" section here... http://www.ls1truck.com/forums/my-ga...tml#post191709
Car with a bed. Useless in other words. Won't haul much and kinda ugly.
99RCSB Broke because I wasted thousands and thousands of dollars on my truck.
Agreed..Car
Car? Truck? Who cares? They were cool looking rides.

They have full frames. Every g-body had the exact same frame except bumper ends.

I've always considered them a truck just because of the bed. I have no other reason but that. My buddy had one back in HS and we pulled out the 350 and put in a mild 454. It was kinda fun.
I wonder how the different states require it to be registered.
