yup, get a wideband!!!!!!!
yup, get a wideband!!!!!!!
01 Silverado
a wideband is very nice to have because if you are fat you can be robbing yourself of power not to mention be fat can also cause harm to the motor the same as being lean....to me a couple hundred bux is cheap insurance to assure you keep a motor...but if you are ballsy like me you'll spray a 250 without ever seeing AFR
DO NOT DO THAT!!

These guys are bad examples!!
not having a wideband on a kit someone has already used and tested is one thing. But no wideband on a new, dual stage setuP and a guy that's new to spray is a dangeros combo

Thanks guys a LOT! So, the wideband would help me setting the fuel pressure right on the standalone setup right? I will be using the stock fuel pump running directly to the selenoids.. Is there a scan tool to read the a/f ratio without having to buy a wideband? or do I need to read it when I'm running ON gas?? I'm new to nitrous guys so if my questions sound stupid forgive me![]()

you will have a inline FPR right?? thats the way a stand alone works...something has to control the FP to the noids...thats how you control the FP...just set it 58psi and leave it alone for good. Buy a permant mount WB...look at the LC-1 by innovative, one of my favorites
Here's my stand alone setup so you can see the proper way

Yep, that's the line you see going from the bottom of the FPR and into the top of the cell
