I have a full set of E85 injectors I got durring a used engine swap at work. Im told they flow more than my stock (5.3 vin T non ethonol) injectors. Is worth any gains to use them with my current mods (hot cam, stall, CAI) or will it just worsen my mpg?

no matter what size injector you have the engine will still need the same amount of gas. you would just have to tune it for the new size injectors.
