they can't hurt, especially with your other mods. If you are keeping the wet kit, it may not be necessary, but you may need a larger fuel pill.

you will need a retune anyway, so might as well while you're in there.

i know the flexfuel injectors are 36 instead of 24, and i believe nelson sells some 42's that will plug right up.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

i doubt you will need to upgrade injectors, but you might want to get a upgraded fuel pump. and you dont want to just throw a bigger fuel jet in the nitrous kit if youre running out of fuel. you want to upgrade the fuel system to support your power level!

Okay. Thanks guys. We're Taking the 150 wet shot off. Im just going to spray a small dry shot if I spray it. I'm just going to go ahead and order PRC stage 2.5 heads with stainless valves and a huge cam, injectors and bigger fuel pump all at the same time. They should be able to hook me up with everything. Thanks guys I cant wait to see how it runs....

I will say yes you will need new bigger injectors. I did a baby cam on my 5.3 216/218 lsa 114 and my injectors were at 95%idc. So if you go with bigger cam then your going to need more fuel.

if youre getting injectors, plan ahead!!! if this is all youre ever gona do with the truck, 36s or 42s would be plenty. but if youre ever gona go FI you might as well go ahead and get 60s so you wont have to buy another set down the road....

unless its a bad idea to have such a large injector with not too much power...? is there a minimum duty cycle that you want to be at??
