Here you go guys. A little more detailed pics of the GM Truck Turbo Kit, out of the truck.
Now that I can see it at all angles, I have a few changes to make, but so far so good. No burns, no cracks, wires are ok, etc.
We test fit it on a 2000 model and it fits just right, so far the kit fits 00-06.
We'll get it on a 07+ later this week.
Keep in mind the engine isn't level, so the turbo appears to be leaning forward. When in the truck, the turbo is level.
Notice the placement of the oxygen O2 sensors. They report to the PCM just like they did in their stock location.
The kit fits a 4L60E and a 4L80e transmission.
I haven't test fit the kit on a 4wd yet, but I'm sure it will due to the angle of the drivers side tube.
Test truck: '05 Avalanche
6.0/80e/212cam/20's = 8psi = 525hp
