Exactly, file a claim with the BBB and have them investigate it. If you kept the receipts see how much he charged you in parts and make sure he actually put them in. See how much he charged you for labor and other fees.

Basically try and find a mistake in his paperwork where he didn't do what he said he would do and use that to your advantage.

I can't stand being taken advantage of.

the second time where he charged me $950 he said he covered half the cost of parts... heres what the receit says. so these prices sound right
    remove and inspect- 395
1 pump - his cost 312 what he charged me 156
2800 torque converter- he charged me 295
fluid- his cost 58 what he charged me 28
gaskets- his cost 39 what he charged me 19

and that time i said i might wanna uprgrade to 3000 stall (it was stock before) and then i said i didnt wanna spend the money so keep the stock one. 5 min later i get a call saying my stock one is blown to peices that i need a new one. and i asked for a 3000 and he said you cant put a 3000 in a 4l60e. so he says he put a 2800 in it but it definitely doesnt seem like it. you cant barely notice any stall.
