Doubt you'll get 550 RWHP without doing some internal work. Heads and cam, full bolt ons... That might break you over 500, if you're lucky.

ok, let's say we put a cam on it...but no Heads. I would think the cam is not invasive as the heads (yeah right, a stick inside u not invasive !!) but is a Brand new engine.
A tune, or something must make me roll in those numbers......u guys have post LS 5.3L gainning 100HP....c'mon, a Performance related 6.2L can be done like that?!!!!

not going to happen...here's a reference for you...08 vette...bone stock=367whp...cam/headers/CAI/tune=449wp...then heads were added and it made 485whp...not saying 500whp cant be made just that it will take a lot to get it there and remember the 4xx that the LS3 makes stock is flywheel hp not rear wheel hp

depends on gearing..and stall...the 08 vette weighs 3300lbs with the driver has a 2800 stall, 3.15 and runs 11.6@121mph making the 485whp
