My truck was wrecked in April. I think My insurance screwed me, I dont have the valance that Mark murderedout_gmc has. Are they different in 2003. first year for the new front clip. Or was insurance trying the get one over on me?

This one looks like the bumper I have but still not like others I've seen and this one is a 2004. The very bottom of the bumper has a short valance.

i think that the difference is some of them have a black airdam integrated into the fascia. what are they saying is different?

The lip on the very bottom of the bumper, back underneath. I was trying to figure out what year they changed. I think mine had the bigger lip underneath.

Yeah yours is like mine too. but I couldve swore mine had that piece on it before the wreck but I didnt get a picture of it. oh well. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't the only one with a bumper like this. Thanks

they changed it in 05, it was an build option
