    wuts best opinions needed...

    well i currently have a 4.8 and lookin into goin with a cuztom front mount turbo setup but dont know wut would be a good motor...... i dont want big cubes so thats outtta the question.... no 6.slows or bigger... would like some opinions on boost motors from u all thnx in advance

    6.0 is best base... few guys are runnin with 4.8's tho
    blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum

    First off, proper grammar will get you further, people will actually take you seriously. There's been some big power 4.8s but if you want no bigger than a 6.0 why dont you just go with a 6.0?

    you can do a front mount using the 4.8 but i would really recommend picking up an lq4 if you're gonna go that route.

    I am not sure why people have not mentioned the 5.3L. We all know the 5.3L does well with a turbo. I know a certain Navy blue Express van that moves pretty well with a turboed 5.3L...

    well first off i was asking for any open opinions and it is ur decision wether to input urs or not due to my grammar.....oh well i guess ima just do a mock setup on a 4.8 too see wut it does then move on up to a forged lq4.... thnx

    might as well just slap it on your 4.8 to start. If you are building a motor for boost, i dont know why you wouldn't want a 6.0. All the LS motors do well under boost. But sooner or later the stock pistons will say by-by. Ask how i know
