    Looks really good! I wanted to steer away from cutting into the frame but I guess I gotta do what I gotta do.

    on the underneath of the rail where i cut the rail im welding 1/4 stock for strength this will stiffen up that area !!!

    awesome job man. What headers are those? Got any pictures of the rest of the truck?

    yup i do on my other computer i will post them tomorrow they are pacesetter header for a 1999 to 2004 truck !!!!!!!!!

    nice!! running any drop kit on yours? I have a 5/5 djm coils,spindles, shackles and flip kit w/ shock extenders...not yet installed the rear of my truck sits rediculously high up (look at the pics in my garage). i believe someone rearched my leaf springs or swapped them for 4wd leaf springs... so i'm on the hunt for more!

    Yessir it sure will that is a plan for the future. I'd rather spend the money on going fast for now lol

    Im putting in 5/7 kit in mine havnt brought it yet getting it running first im gonna run it like that for a while then gonna tubb it not interested in air suspension so im going coil over and 4 link

    here are a few pics of the header pipes i made for my 5.3 conversion NOTE 1 pic you can see when i welded stock to where i notched the rail to add stength back to the rail
