    cut it on both sides of the mount spin the mount around weld it back up, and you might have to make the slot on the mount a little bigger, thats it.

    Flexplate can be purchased from the dealer or from a 2500/3500 truck

    Spacer--what for? Just get the correct flexplate.

    VSS pigtail can be rewired. There are a few wiring diagrams on this site where you can pin the PCM and repin the passenger side connector.

    Oh, and you need to know someone who can do an 80e overlay on the tune in HPT.

    It's the 20-way that needs rewired. The 80 has two speed sensors (ISS and OSS) so it needs one more connector and two wires run to the PCM.

    I just went on google and found a used 4L80-e for like 1200$. Is that a good price?
