Yes. Sort of. If you pull all the plastic and radio and HVAC controls and switches and IPC and column you can get the substructure out. Then you have to drain the heater core and recover the AC. Unbolt the cross bar to the right of the column to swing it back out of the way. Pull the screws from the engine side of the firewall and some inside the truck. Disconnect the wiring harness and set aside. Lift the entire case out in one chunk, throw on floor, cuss, then do repairs as needed before reassembly.
