G has the proper advice then. It's all held on with 7mm screws, Philips screws, and clips. You don't need to take the whole thing out.

Great hopefully the new parts arrive today or Monday. Have to put into storage figure I would start with the hardest first, the dash area. Then move onto the headliner, seats and carpet....

New trucks muffler has got to go. Drone from hell 40-60mph. going to move the outlet from under the truck and see how much that helps, other wise got a magnaflow muffler laying around will put it on.

    Thanks for the information guys.

The headliner is more work and more frustrating working over your head. The dash stuff won't take more than half an hour. The rear seat is a bigger PITA too.

I did not get the back seat. this going into a RCSB. I just wanted different seats with inside arm rests. and solid console in the middle.

Thank Garrisson, he was the one that told you what to do and how to do it. I answer too many questions with more questions.

Yes. Sort of. If you pull all the plastic and radio and HVAC controls and switches and IPC and column you can get the substructure out. Then you have to drain the heater core and recover the AC. Unbolt the cross bar to the right of the column to swing it back out of the way. Pull the screws from the engine side of the firewall and some inside the truck. Disconnect the wiring harness and set aside. Lift the entire case out in one chunk, throw on floor, cuss, then do repairs as needed before reassembly.
