    Ok, will a 4l65e from GMPP bolt up to my 5.3 2wd truck and work with my stock computer? or what provisions do i need to make?

    Yes it will bolt up. it is a heavy duty version of the 4l60e. As for computers you will probably be fine, but I would go ahead and add a nice nelson tune to have it shifting perfect!

    im done with tunes for making the tranny shift better...dun killed one that way

    well with a built 4l65e you leave the line presure stock! everything else thats put into it makes it shift better.

    NELSON 93 hot tune, 02 PCM, VOLANT Ram air intake, MSD wires, ACdelco iridium plugs , Edelbrock ceramic shorty headers, jegs off-road y pipe, Dynamax int pipe, 3" Magnaflow Exhaust with turndown, EGR removal, throttle body bypass, vette servo, long servo pin, performance 4th apply piston, B&M shift kit, SLP 160* thermostat, LS1 Fans, NELSON harness, ported and polished throttle body (did it myself, for free lol)..... _______? cam is next as soon as i stop spending all my money
