I'm getting a flip kit what offset 22's will work on this I know its gonna have a 4/8 drop with kmc slides on it and would I be better off with spindles or coils for the front?????

Well first of all, if you're going with a 4" front drop, you're going to have to do spindles AND springs. I have 2" drop spindles and 2" springs on mine and it rides alright(not good not bad).
I've had everything from 4" control arms, 2" coils/2" springs, and the spindles/springs ride the best.
As far as your rims are concerned the width of the rim makes a big difference. The general rule of thumb is that you want about 2.5" difference between the wheel width and the backspacing. For instance if you had a 22x9" wheel you would want it to have about 6.5" of backspacing. Anything 3" and less will work, but more than that and you'll have to roll your fenders or flare your bedsides.
