Thread: A little change on the engine

    I had some Diamon .005" over pistons, but decided to go with some JE .030" over. This is going from a 402 to a 408 stroker. I can't wait.

    Anyone know of a good kit that will bolt on to the back of the chassis then you cut off the exsiting frame? I want to install a small tub kit - 4link.

    The air ride 4 link kit is pretty sweet. That probably does not meet your minimalist goals, but the kit is nice.
    No more trucks, but this is what I used to have. 2000 GMC Sierra, 6.0L-LQ4, Built 4L60, LS6 Cam, The Other Guys Headers, 3 inch exhaust and 7 chamber flowmaster, 43lb injectors, Nelson Tuning, Drop - 3/4 McGaughys Spindles, Bell Tech Shackles & Hangers. Best time 13.59 @ 106

    I'd get with Art Morrisson or Chris Alston(sp?) chassis works and see what they have available. If they don't have it, they will make it.
