ive been told throttle bodies for our trucks are wastes of money, that they dont do any real gains
Ported TB's are nice to have. You get better throttle response, but that's about it.

That throttle body is 4 bolt setup, so you will need an intake to go with it and you will need this, LS2, LS7, L76 90mm throttle body to GM electronic throttle LS1 truck and LS1 Holden adapter harness
