I am in Lagrange Ga. It wont fit your 5.3. It is for the drive by wire instead of drive by cable. It has a little electric motor inside that operates it instead if a cable and spring.Originally Posted by chuyr

If it is a 03-05 Silverado 4.8,5.3 or 6.0L it is fly by wire and it will fit if it has the cathy ports....
What size injectors?
They are stock truck 36#/hour

Is it plug and play with the truck Trottle Body Plug. OR do you have to buy an adapter.
