I have got two of the three bolts out. The last one is stuck. The head has started to get rounded from it not turning. Any ideas how to get a damage allen out in that tight space. Thanks.

If you have a air hammer with a chisel end on it. Basically catch it on the outside edge and give it a little bump, it will come loose.
jarring them works better than pulling hard. the impact from hitting the wrench with a hammer or heavy object will break it loose easier than hard pulling and be less likely to round the allen head out. also if you have enough room you can use visegrips on the outside of the bolt and the allenwrench in the middle to give more leverage.
'00 Silverado, '98 Trans Am, and a couple other toys.
sometimes if those tools arent available you can either use the round end of a ball peen hammer to mash the flared metal back into shape and then use the next size up allen wrench(or metric equivalent) and tap it in there with a hammer and it might just be enough to get it out.....but the air chisel would work the best![]()
Barks better than it bites......
Do they have the 15mm outside and the Allen inside? Some are rounded outside with Allen inside....those suck. Remember they probably have Loc-tite on them so some properly placed heat might help but it's a tight place to use a torch.
