I came to the dealer, they have the tech 2 scaner.. the thing is, they say the tech 2 scaner only can procedure the CKP in an option where it will proggram my truck @ 4000rpm.. that's what the scaner says.. can anybody tell me how to do that proceddure with a tech 2 whitout affecting my Tune?

Yes, it has to rev the crap out of it sitting still to complete. The RPM level varies on engine, year, platform, etc.
