I just snagged a 2004 LS6 cam with less than 1k on it from ebay! Now I need help on the springs, Allen says the stock LS6 springs will compliment it great, but what are my options? Any help is greatly appreciated!

They will and they are cheaper so you'll save some money...If it's anything to ya I was looking for some before I found some 918's for a good deal and I'm running almost .570 lift...

The LS6 springs will do just fine with that cam if not you can go with the manley springs and retainers like I did. It all depends on the money you want to spend. Good Luck!

What are the other upgrades I will need for the swap? Will I need new retainers too, or just the springs.

I would stay with the LS6 retainers or buy some new titanium ones. The stock retainer locks will work fine.
