    died all of the sudden

hey guys dont have alot of info as this only happened once but here goes. Truck was running fine and i pulled into a drive thru at slow speed when i went to brake it was like the ABS was "popping" my brake pedal and drug my rpms down somewhat slow to somewhere around 100-200 rpms before it died. I thought to myself that was wierd and started the truck with no problem then or since[about a week ago] has anyone ever had anything like this happen? any help is greatly appreciated but i also understand as a mechanical equipment tech that it is extremly hard to diagnose when the issue wont show itself with any rhyme or reason. Thanks for all input

i'd say wheel sensor (or connection to one)...or a loose electrical connection at battery/alternator.

Hard to tell, but the abs will act up if alts fail because they are picky on voltage. When my wheel bearing was going out, it killed the sensor and the abs would "pop" (and basically make my brakes fail) from 10-5mph. Only did it occasionally. I pulled the abs fuse as a temp fix until I could replace the bearing.
blown transmissions are about as useful as 97% of the guys on this forum
