Everyone be careful! The water is about 35ft below what it is in that picture, making it extremely dangerous to jump off the cliffs. Don't wanna be Debbie Downer but would hate to read or hear about someone pulling a Garrison or worse. I was out there yesterday and saw the water level myself... it's sad.
