    what is the best tranny to buy

    I have to get a new tranny an i was wronding what kind an what level should i get? it is for a 00 chevy silverado 4.8l 4x4

    FLT being the sponser here i would go that way!! i got one as a back up to my performabuilt which is an awesome tranny also. so i have one each lol the FLT waiting in the wings. but i dont know i had this performabuilt for quiet some time and its heavly strong
    Simple: 408 on steroids!

    all I have ever heard is good things about the flt!
    2004 Gmc VHO (LQ9), AEM cai, perma cool e-fans, aero turbine 3535,obx lt's,undedrive pulley w/overdrive alt pulley, lingenfelter 160 t-stat, zippy tune, taylor 10.4mm wires, tb bypass, Transgo HD-2 c, corvette servos, sonnax accumulator piston's,2600 stall,30,000 trans cooler lowered 1.5"/2", boss 313 22's on 285/45's, rollpan,shaved tailgate w/ss spoiler, painted interior, 2 solo l7 12's,custom fiberglass box,Pioneer F-900 Navi,SSS gauges,billet shiter and pedals,hid's (low's and fogs).

    I've heard ZERO bad things about the FLT's, if I was an automatic lover I'd be getting one from them! My truck has 3 pedals though.

    Hey what about those guys from Finish Line transmissions. They are the best in the country. I have the utmost faith in them.
