    to be honest. i couldn't tell ya. but it will be going on the dyno after it is finished. the guy that built my motor put a dirt track cam in it. i think a 292/302.

    Looks like a fun project! Pretty much all vehicles that old up here are rusted away to nothing thanks to our winters and salty roads.

    A 5.3 in a first-gen S-10 is my next project after I get a Dodge finished, unless a bigger shop happens.

    Shaun, ya gotta bring them B.C. both my Dodges were imports and relatively spotless.

    sad to say this but i need to cut back on my spending and this is the number one money pit. i've decided to sell this project and get out while i still can break even. if ya'll are interested in the trans or motor give me a shout.

    that was done while i was pulling the bed off, i didn't even know it was on there until i went to turn off the lights.

    v8 s10's are fun. just dont for get to break out the BFH and message the firewall a bit.

    i actually was going to move the firewall back about 6 inches, but when i had my welder start welding, he kept blowing holes in it. long story short because of this setback, i sold the truck and broke even on it. i still have the kit, motor, and trans for next time, now i know what not to do.
