yep it will bolt right up. The only problem is you will have to get speed sensor rigged up. What i did was i bought a reluctor ring and speed sensor from a company called jags that run( V8 conversion manuals, parts for V8 S10, Datzun Z, Jaguar, Chevy TPI & TBI, Colorado, Astro Van V8, Volvo 200 & 700 ). The ring has a clamp on it so i put that on the output shaft for the trans and i took the tailhousing for the trans drilled and tapped that for the speed sensor. To get it to hold into place (since there had to be a certain gap between the sensor and the ring) i just took some jb weld and sealed it all up.
