    Another vote for the Nelson tune. A better intake and exhaust will help as well. Also keep the tires inflated to the max value. This won't help your ride but will make the fuel mileage better.

    Those 3.42 gears are killing you. They are robbing power, and since you are in the hills, you're on the throttle more than most people. That's killing your MPG. Add a heavy ECSB to the equation........

    Get a set of 4.10 gears and a tune to start, before you buy anything else.

    +1 the higher gears may make it a bit worse on the open highway running 75+ But around town and up and down hills they will save you alot.
