    i think they do rust out cause it happen to me i wraped my pacesetters lt and the ended up with small cracks on the weld and they did rust also

    youre right ,I wrapped mine underneath only ,then some what i could reach up,first off i dont reccommend trying it once theyre in .its a bit** .second the only place that rusted /peeled on my coated headers ,is were they were wrapped.Fact.Three,even stainless rust,cus i had those also,and they rusted in about 1 month,surface rust.I was dissappointed because i always thought ss stayed chrommey looking,wrong ,first turned blue in a week ,then rusty in a month.good luck

    I would definitely check with Pacesetter about their warranty--and if it mentions wrap voiding it...
    wasn't aware of that, all the ones we do are for BBC cars,trucks, etc...not LS where 02's were used.

    I only knew of carbed stuff and did not think of O2's. It's hard enough to make O2's work right with any header.
