    What about the 4L65?
    No more trucks, but this is what I used to have. 2000 GMC Sierra, 6.0L-LQ4, Built 4L60, LS6 Cam, The Other Guys Headers, 3 inch exhaust and 7 chamber flowmaster, 43lb injectors, Nelson Tuning, Drop - 3/4 McGaughys Spindles, Bell Tech Shackles & Hangers. Best time 13.59 @ 106

    I haven't seen anyone do it yet, someone needs to. With a billet input shaft w/ input drum it's hardcore strong. FAR better gear ratios, clutch pack for OD, etc.

    Weren't Regals close to 4000lbs? Don't forget boost makes a lot of torque. I'd run that before I'd consider an 80E due to power loss. Too bad there are no 4x4 200s.



    I just do not see a 60E or any such variant being durable behind that sort of power. The internals are just not designed for it.
