01 Silverado
They are kinda heavy! I have driven one with the LS2/T56 and they are nice. I would rather have a Vette or a Camaro but I do like the fact that they simulate a truck in some ways!

do they even have a bed?
01 Silverado
The bed is not usuable
They are convertible.
Only old men have them.
They are heavier than you think (high 4K's).
They're kinda gay looking.
They have huge wheels, bad gear ratios, and a non-common axle.
They are not common.
There are 12 autos for every 6-speed and considering how uncommon any of them are finding a 6-speed will be tough.
The very rare 03 and the more common 04 are aluminum block 5.3and the 6.0 helped a lot in 05 and 06 (see GTO) but still left them underpowered.
Parts are impossible to get. One of my very good always asks for me customers is an old-ass retired Marine mason with a T-bucket, a small airplane, and one of these....he had me mount an a-ooga horn on his. It's the yellow one I have pics of in my garage at home because he insists I drive it once in a while.
They're overpriced because of who has them.
They're slow.
Need any more reasons?
OH yeah....
Someone type "2004 SSR" into Google and see what is the 1st result.
