I just happened to look at this thread, so I'm not trying to swipe this offer from you; it's your business. I'm also not trying to lose 02Denali a sale.

But, I also have a 4.8L and have been looking at cams. I am not sure your truck would even be driveable with this Comp Cam. Based on what some knowledgeable guys have told me, 212/218 is about right for the 4.8L to still have driveability. Maybe you could get a little more radical, but not much. Definately keep the LSA 114 and under.
