    For my Dad's b-day I'm taking him to the NASCAR truck race this Saturday at Gateway Raceway. Ah, nothing like the sound of 30+ carbureted V8 engines turning 9000 RPM. I was trying to get my truck into qualifying, but when the officials found out I had a Nelson tune, they deemed it an unfair advantage and it was no go lol.

    I got the season package, so we get access to a autograph session and infield access, etc.

    If I can talk my wife into letting me take her really nice camera, I can post some pics of me hanging out with Bobby or Ted in the pits

    truck series kicks ass...swapping paint and wrecking all over tha damn track...your gonna have a blast...enjoy!!!

    Thanks man, I expect it will be a blast. We were there last year during the infamous multiple green-white-checkered restarts. NASCAR changed that rule when it took like 4 of 'em to get the race finished. Speed Channel voted it the best NASCAR finish of last year. Hoping it comes even close this year...
