With that cam, you're going to need at least 3000 RPM stall. The Z06 cam is not a good choice for a NA truck. It's intended as a high-RPM cam in a light vehicle, like a Vette. It's an even worse choice if you tow. Save yourself more grief and replace it with something like the Vinci Ultra Torque. Not trying to be a smartass - just stating reality.
