    The timing is not adjustable....only the CMP offset is. You have the HVS stabbed a tooth or two off. Need to find perfect TDC #1 firing and get it lined up. The V6 cannot even rotate on the clamp so it should be easy. BTW, the offset number on the scanner is only accurate above about 1500 RPM.

    we used a cap we put a window in. The base of the ditributor was facing cylinder one, and we used a bore scope, pulled the plug and got top dead center on cylinder 1. we faced the rotor towards number one. its still at 24 degrees. im probable going to have to take it to an automotive place here and let them finish it.
