Pull to a stop sign to turn right. Then I see a silver 03 zo6 followed by a yellow 02/03 z06 my eyes light up I punch out behind then looked in the rearveiw another all black 03 zo6 .We are headed out toward the end of town .IT goes 3miles of windy up hill grade then 3 seperate 1 mile straits .Up the grade I thought they would be gone but droped it into 2nd and stayed right with them surprisingly.then we hit the first staight silver and yellow got the hit then I stabbed yellow pulls 1length then even to about 135 .strait #2 came out of the turn about 60 on yellows ass then buryed it this time we were dead even and pulled on the black one to about 140 . strait #3 car coming. IM stoked I did so well aganst 03 zo6 dont know the mods .I saw magnaflow tips sounded mean prob. bolt ons .BUT they dident pull at all . but neither did now I know were stand I need more boost! good job. I know another truck around here thats red that pulls on z's...
Have you been to the track? keeping up with a z06 at those speeds is pretty good. You will probably run high 12's in the 1/4... maybe even low 13's because of traction. vettes pull nice 60's with street tires, were as trucks need slicks or DR's to pull similar 60's
My sprayed 4.8 ec ran with the vettes too. but only from a roll.

NO havent been to the track. The closest one is about 2 .5 hours away and im pretty stock dont have the money right now to break a tranny or rear end.BUT I wish I did .Just looking at simalar trucks if I can hook my 30/12/18 micky sr radials I think high 12s and this is my daily driver.
