You need to replace the valley cover with a flat LS2 cover and disable the DOD. You need to replace the DOD lifters and the lifter trays with LS7 stuff. While you are at it, replace the push rods and upgrade the valve springs. Re-tune, and you are good to go. Piece of cake!!!
Thanks for the info. Thats the same stuff they were talking about on pt.net. They were saying that the DOD lifters were weak and wouldn't last. When I do my swap, I will take the extra steps and do all that you listed. I can just get all of that stuff from GM right?
