ok im sure you checked the fuse. how about getting a meter and seeing if the pcm is grounding the pin 42. you do have it turned on in the pcm right. check all connections and make sure they are tight.
How do I find out if the PCM is grounding PIN 42, I have a meter that checks for voltage, exactly how would I go about doing this.

Set the meter so it will read battery voltage at least 14V. Put the red lead on the + side of the battery and the black lead to pin 42 when the fans should be on.
