    224 224 581 581 112lsa Cam ?

    I Have a 2006 Silverado EC VMAX. 6.0L, with cold air kit, asp pulley, magnaflow cat back.going to put in a hd-2 kit. vette servo, and TB stall and Nelson tune.
    I want to know if a 224 224 581 581 112lsa cam is to big for my stall. it is a ext cab also. might get a set of long tubes as well? but im waiting for a turbo kit to be honest. thanks for the help guys. larry

    yea i think it would be too big,i have heard tb stalls are ok for baby cams though.you probably need atleast a 3k stall.

    you will need new valve springs and if your goin turbo i would go with a higher lsa like a 116 and you prob wont have a big prob with that stall but i would go 3000

    thats what i was thinking. but ive never used a tb stall so i thought id ask.
    i know ill need PR's and springs for whatever cam I get.
    might just start looking for a LS6 cam again. i like that in my last truck. thanks everybody.

    eh with a lq9 u should be ok with that cam/stall...if it were a 5.3 u would def want a bigger stall tho, bigger cubes like bigger cams, i say do it!

    meh i dunno... i have a 228/228 595/595 @ 112 in my daily driver with a stock stall... works fine for me... but im not picky

    depends on where you wanna go with your truck... if you wanna save up for a turbo, go get you a good FI cam...
