As long as you are not a known felon or member of a gang or terrorist organization you can carry a LOADED weapon in your vehicle.
You can not brandish in plain sight yet, but apaarently they are working on legislation for that.....Gotta love TEXAS.

I say take the fight to the enemy if you know what i mean. Stub nose 357 is in my truck, you talk about making a fire ball at night time looks like 4th of July... They are looking to scare some one outta there vehicle easily. I say run em over or shoot, make em into speed bumps. Same thing going down in some parts of the ATX now......
