    Question Swapping Elecronic Tb To Cable Driven??

    HAS ANYONE DONT THIS ON THE NNBS??TO ME MY OLD TRUCK WICH WAS A 2000 5.3 WITH 212/218 CAM HAD WAY BETTER THROTTLE RESPONSE THAN MY RECENT 08'4.8 WHICH IS ELECTRONIC TB OF COURSE.

    WOULD THE CABLE DRIVEN MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

    MAYBE A DUMB QUESTION,WHATEVER lol

    im not a fan of GayByWire but it does work. i dont like fact computer controls my throttle. Im sure there is a table or two that can be tweaked to control the throttle response.

    was the 4 sec delay and the torque man. removed?was the race ready button instaled?

    The tune should fix that. My DBW works as quick as any cable.

    They make a controler for it but it can be maid Alot quicker thru tune. When you say race ready button your talkin about the tow hall button right jw
