Okay.. so i need to rant.

I do webpages, they aren't turn of the century, but they are good and my prices are way cheaper then anyone locally.

Well, I have been doing a site for a steel company in San Antonio, first off we have to call daily for over a month, after they said they wanted 1 built and to start. So 1 month later, we finally get a list of what they want. Well, this is mid-may, now, end of June. We have only gotten as far as the layout done b/c we can't get ahold of them to proceed anymore. The owner wants to be involved, but ignores the voicemails, e-mails and other phone calls.

So last week, they promised 500 to start (hosting, online shopping shit, and my troubles of 3 months of shit). This morning, what do i get? An IM from Allen, saying they only gave up 100. So, 3 months later, getting ingored, etc. and coming out with 100 bucks when i deffinitly deserve more, especially putting up with his ass. He always said he'd go check the layout and tell us, then he never would call back.

Do all big business people treat others like shit? I mean, come on. I may not be a millionaire like this guy, but i'm a business man just the same as he is..

So now i'm 400 in the hole of what i thought i was getting. I am moving and needed every fucking dollar of that.

Sorry to rant, it just sucks to depend on something that is promised and then they flake out on you.

Now its off to see what cash i can dig up.

did you get it in writing? binding legal contract maybe? 3rd party witness any of it?

yea, allen was at the meeting along with the 2 owners, i&#39;m going to set up a meeting for when i move to texas and i may be young, and small, but you dont fuck me around.

I&#39;ll see what comes out of it. I still want their page, but dont fuck me in the ass at first.

You should bill them per hour unless you come to another agreement. My bill out rate is &#036;98 hour for what I do (kinda different that web pages). They should be willing to pay for your knowlage and experence or they should find someone else.
