    no the 4l80e ratios are beta from 1st to 2nd and a stock one will handel up to like 600 hp you just need the hd drive shaft and pinon yoke and you have to notch your crossmember i think someone did a wright up on it thats wha i did with the orange truck

    thanks for the welcome...i use debit or credit, and i'm getting rid of the wife!! i can tell the people on here admire their chevys as much and more than i do in some cases!! with a 3rd deployment coming up, i'm putting things well into budget!! thanks again for the support!!

    i would start from the rear and go forward. get a good rear end, then tranny and then motor.

    yea mine bailed on me, she said it was her or the truck....well i ran 11s a couple months ago deployments suck, what service
