    Ran a Vmax..

So I'm sitting at the red light on the way home from dinner and notice a black gmc sitting ahead of me.. light turns green and he floors it! It looked like it was running pretty strong but it had the stock tail pipe still on, so I didn't think it would be that fast. Well the next light ahead turns red and I merge lanes to get beside him. As I'm pulling up I see the Vmax badge on the side and the driver looks over and makes a 'yeah right' smerk.. lol, little did he know! The light turns green and we both ease into it; he stomps down and so do I. Suprisingly he kept up until about 4500 rpms then I started to pull. I shifted into second then started pulling hard so I let off. Very impressive for what looked to be a stock Vmax!!

Wow that is pretty impressive! Was it a new vmax or an older one? Good kill and sweet truck by the way!

Thanks, it was an 99-07 body style.. not sure what years gmc made the vmax though.
