    so this might be a dumb idea, but....

    i have a 88 rx-7, and a 6.0... so would it be a great idea to combine the two?

    no drift king, just a drag car. maybe start with nitrous until i buy turbo for it.

    i think the 2nd gens weigh, 1800-2000lbs, i know the first gens weighed 1600, second gens added a few more pounds

    but i'd get it down to 1700 with taking weight out, but then the weight of motor and trans and narrowed ford 9"

    Probably more than that. A VW powered dune buggy weighs 1600. It could be fast but can a small axle and suspension take so much abuse without being beefed?

    japanese people figured something out right... second gen's have IRS so...i might switch it out with something maybe a thunderbird irs
