What kind of numbers am I looking at here?

I'm throwing a 6.0L LQ4 in my Camaro, and along the way I'll be scooping up a cam package from Texas Racing. I'm thinking about getting the 228R (228/228, .588"/.588" 112 LSA) with the COMP 918 springs and chromoly pushrods. I'm probably leaving the cast iron heads stock for the time being because, simply put, I just want to get the motor in the car and running. I might put some 317's on it later down the road just to save weight, or some 243's. But for now I probably won't touch them.

Now the real pooper is that I have to use an Fbody intake. I have a stock LS1 intake that will go on the block when it goes in the car, although I know they don't flow as good as an LS6 or FAST or other aftermarket intake...that's all I have the money for right now.

So with the cam only, on stock heads, and an LS1 intake manifold, going through long-tube headers...what kind of numbers do you think I will be looking at. It will be a T56 trans, so the drivetrain power loss won't be anything like using a 4L60E. The rear end has 3.42's, and the car is factory weight, a few pounds heavier since it's a convertible.

While you guys are correct that the T56 will not work with the iron head LQ4's, I have already planned that out. The motor is getting an LS2 crankshaft and flywheel, so the T56 will end up working.

That's a bit more money than I want to spend. Besides, I already have the LS2 crank in my garage. Its gonna be fast, plus I don't know how well a stroker would work with the potential supercharger I may go with later on. Stroking it would raise the compression from my understanding.

I don't really need a 10 second car. I'm not a speed freak, which you probably wouldn't assume considering the swap I'm doing. I just want a solid 11 second street car that runs and drives like a daily driver.
