I can feel that statement. But at the same time if we dont compete with each other where is all the fun.
My 2 cents on the matter is that the Hemi isnt a bad engine... as a base. It has potential. It is SERVERLY lacking in the tuning ability when compared to LS motors though. The biggest problem with the HEMI is the owner in the driver seat. Most seem to feel... impowered by a pretty much stock truck. A good chunk of the loses they have against stock Chevys is they dont take them serious enough.

Tuning is where we definately have the advantage of the other manufactures. Without it we would be intakes and exhaust like everyone else. The Hemi is a fine powerplant with I'm sure weak points that LS motors have as well. Our trannies are so weak that I think everyone on this site has broken at least one and some are on 7 or 8. Heck some of our guys break 4L80e's as well. All in good fun I like the competition and your Hemi 1/4's the same as my Sierra!

I hate car owners, killed and rx7 coming home from my mother in laws, the road in front of my place is a nice straight road, we took off and were even and then I started to walk him, he was @ my back wheels when I shut it down so I could make my turn

I can't wait to start putting some money into this bitch to make it fast, thinking C.A.I., LT's and a set of 4.10's.....o yeah and something to get rid of my damn governor
