    Deep Pan?

Okay this may be a dumb question but the extra 2 quart deep pans for sale from Derale or any other company dont hold any more fluid than our stock truck ones do they?

There are two different stock pans....car or truck doesn't matter. The deep one is stepped on the bottom and holds about one quart more than the flat bottom shallow pan. Pretty much all trucks 10+ years old or newer have the deeper stepped pan. The aftermarket pans can be deep enough to hold another 2 qts.

Moze, how many qts. over stock was the one you sold last month?

Thanks George. Good info. Extra fluid (with the proper pan of course) is always a good thing.
