    Friday the 13th+BLACK Truck= Rearended!

    So tonight me and some of my buddy's go cruisin in a town about 20 minutes away. All is well, some people I know were looking at my rollpan which I put on monday night. I was telling them how if it ever got hit I'd flip s*** on somebody. Were started cruisin around more, they all have SRT4's so I'm usually the slow one haha...and I get stuck at a light. Well low and behold a kid in a RCLB mid 90's ram with 5!!!! people in it decides he can't stop in time and plows into the back of my truck at 15-20 mph. Well then my window goes down and I have my GF holding the wheel as I'm hanging out flippin this kid off :flipoff: and telling him how I feel and shes pulling my arm to get back in. I pull over so does he and he is almost in tears, so I got out to check the damage and yea it's great. The rollpan is practically tore off the back, the tailgate doesn't open and has a nice big dent in it, my LED lightbar is crushed, the bed caps are popped off, there is a gap between the tailgate and bedside that's about a 1/2" wider on the top then the bottom, from the wheel wells back is cracked and has pieces missing (it's a stepside so yay for the plastic bedsides). I almost broke down from looking at the damage and knowing how much time and money just got crushed. I also got a CEL on the way home, so I plugged a scanner into it and found out my throttle position sensor is junk...something like TPS range performance it said. I'm hoping things get better haha, sorry for a long post...I just gotta vent!

    Sorry to hear that man, Hopefully somebodys got some insurance to cover the mess. Might as well hit up a junkyard or 2 to start over and/or upgrade.

    Know what you mean about totaling, they just did that to my son's TA and now he's driving an import, something he said he would never do!

    Haha Exactly!!! Thats what i'm doing! Since the tailgate has to be fixed and repainted anyway, you might as well do it! Sorry about the truck though dude... I'm sure it will be fixed in no time. At least it didn't take out your tail lights!
