I am new to the site just found you all this past weekend. I wanted to say that reading all the threads it has been very helpful. I am in the houston area. I just ordered gears for my truck and i am going to be ordering the shift kit and the servos today. And yes i will have to have those installed since i know nothing about it. My gears are 4.11 i have not taken it down to the track yet so i am not sure what it will run. Well thanks again for all your help and when i start getting ready to start the engine mods i am sure i will be asking alot of questions.
Alittle about my truck it is a 01 chevy 4.8 extended cab, so far i have a volant cold air intake. NGK plugs 8.5 plug wires, I have a 160 degree thermostat, and a jet chip.
