Cam Choice for a NA 6.0?

Havent really drove the truck since the swap and Im already planning out the cam swap.
So here's what I got as of now.
    *6.0 LQ4
    *Stock 706 heads
    *Nelson tune of course
*Full Length headers with true dual 3 inch exhaust
*Custom air intake with K&N filter
    *4L80 with manual VB
    *4.56 gears with Powertrax locker
    *3600 TCI Stall

Truck will not be daily driven...will mostly be a weekend toy and hopefully take it to the track on occasion.
I really want something with a choppy idle. I really miss my 383 with comp292 cam

    So let the suggestions begin.....

The torquer 2 is 232/234 duration, .595/.598 lift; I have one i'll be pulling out of my Trans Am if your interested. I'm getting a custom spec'd cam for my car. LOTS of mid range and top end and decent low end, not a bad cam at all.
